The Kea is an alpine parrot indigenous to the South Island of New Zealand. While its diet mainly consists of a variety of plants and insects, the Kea also eats other birds and will occasionally prey on living sheep! It uses its powerful long bill and claws to dig into the flesh on the sheep's back and feed on the fat around the kidneys. Mmmm... kidney fat. Here's the disturbing video evidence:
